The room lacked a proper coat hook. It was minor, but having somewhere dedicated to hang my coat would have been useful

The location is convenient, very close to the train station. the staff was friendly. They allowed me to keep my bag after checkout. i also got a room upgrade, appreciated. all these things.

the single room i stayed in was right by the hotel entrance, so i could hear people coming and going. it was a bit noisy at times.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, not far from the central station, approximately eight minutes by foot. many restaurants and markets are very close to the hotel. This is a GREAT advantage. the neighborhood felt safe and accessible.

Early check-in was available, helpful after my travels. coffee was accessible downstairs . a lift provides access to the rooms, but one must navigate a few steps initially. I am grateful for the lift.

the single room had a cozy, compact, but serviceable bathroom. fresh towels were readily available in the room. there was a soapdispenser in the shower. the room felt comfortable after a long day.

The reception desk staff was really good. I believe their name was mitti. they were especially cute and helpful following my long flight. the staff provided information and quick help when i needed it.

the location was convenient. it was close to the central station. staff were friendly. they stored my bags after i checked out.

the room felt quite small. the towel was thin after my shower. i had some trouble getting the heat regulated in the room, though.

the room i got was pretty cramped. the bathroom was like it was designed for someone much smaller. also, the shower lacked a proper curtain, so the entire bathroom got soaked every time i used it. a bit annoying, i must say.
